There is a word called "discipline ".no two ways about how you can utilize your money base on your budget but only for you to train or discipline yourself. What you don't have in the budget ,you don't go for it. Anything that comes up after your budget should be moved to the next plan.

Toni in Cookbook still useful?

Social media has made cookbooks less useful. But one can still read, learn and get inspiration for other great meals rather than make it sit in the cupboard with no use. Cookbooks are more tested and trusted and it saves the stress of sifting through the first 3-5 minutes of the vlogger's profile (for a chef vlogger). Cookbooks can be passed on to generations especially if its a book that has special recipes.

Tola in Special recipe to prepare basmati rice in 15 minutes

Quite simple. You might want to soak the rice in water for about 30 minutes after thorough rinsing. Drain the water in the rice then put on fire to boil for about 10 minutes, add a little vegetable oil if you want and salt. You can serve with mixed vegetable sauce, coconut chicken sauce, shredded beef sauce and any sauce you want it.
