Toni in starting up a business

The truth is you are never going to have an idea that's never been heard. Everything you want to do, there's someone else doing it. The question remains how can you do it different. The present status quo in the industry you're trying to break into cannot be everything you ever wanted, right? So note those things you admire and the things you think could be better and use that to make a difference, call it Kemi's touch. Also, the fact that someone else is doing and succeeding at the venture you're trying to start should be a motivation that if they could succeed at it, then you can do better. It should motivate you rather than discourage you. I hope this helps.

One thing that helps when one is in such a dilemma as this is passion. Forget about what you studied in school, what are you passionate about? What would you like to keep doing till you're old and grey? Answer these questions and you're good to go. This is because even when it seems as though you've failed, all you see are lessons. Passion also comes in handy here, no matter the obstacles, if you are passionate about a thing, you'll keep pressing and eventually the universe will align with your efforts and it'll look like an overnight success. Hope this helps your decision making.

Network marketing is a good way of getting busy and making income as a stay-at-home wife. Why not give it a shot?

Chiamaka in Should salt have a place at the table?

I don't think it's healthy to add salt to a ready-made food even if the salt is not enough. I would eat it like that except if I would add some salt then put it on fire again so it can be properly dissolved.

Toni in Work motivation

Money serve as extrinsic motivation. Though some have argued that there is a natural tension between extrinsic (money, pay raise, bonuses and other material rewards) and intrinsic (joy in achieving personal goals, professional growth etc) motives. However, i don't believe money is enough to motivate someone to high productivity. Some people may be more focused on extrinsic rewards, while others are more focused on the task itself. So we can't really say if money really affect work motivation, it will be dependent on people and their attitude towards work.

Chinonye-onigah in How do you find motivation to overcome cravings and eat healthily?

You can begin with a supplement or two that would help put ur cravings in check, assuming it is difficult to discipline urself by urself. After a few months, u would realise that junk food would not interest u as much as it used to in times past. There are a number of supplements that curb excessive appetites otherwise called cravings. They would do for a start.

You can learn make-up videos on YouTube or from a professional and start offering the service to people. You can try your hands on gele tying too as that works hand-in-hand with makeup. Catering is also a good business you can venture into.
