In the absence of any information about your business or the nature of your business, will make some general suggestions. Financially stable - I assume that you mean consistent revenue from your sme or that the revenue you generate can sustain your sme and also generates a profit. If we begin with the basics - organisation and structure is key. Separate bank accounts for personal and business activities. Up -to date records of your out going and incoming cash. You understand and are aware of your total costs of operations, your pricing is in line with this. The other side of this is revenue generation, your customer base, do you need more customers, do you need your customers to be repeat customers. Are you targeting the right customers, do you understand the need of your customers. This is just to mention but a few things.

Adeolam in Your thoughts about mortgage banks in Nigeria

I have used Haggai Mortgage bank and its okay. It depends on what your overall plan is. But i Know you must have banked with them consistently for 6 months before requesting for a loan and must have a source of income that is consistent.

Buki in Starting a business

If you already have the clothesmaking/fashion design skills and you love doing it, why not invest more time in building up your client base? Advertise frequently on social media, try not to touch your money first, except maybe to fulfil a client's order and see where that leads.
